Jonathan Mildenhall, CMO of Airbnb, has been outspoken about what he feels is a lack of "dark skin jurors" at the Cannes Lions. Over the past year has used social media to criticize the festival organizers. So he's decided to use the Lions as a platform to recruit diverse talent at a private event.
